Well Summer is here and people have taken the cooking outside. I am like every other red blooded American and love to cook on the grill. I am a propane griller and go through about 3 to 4 tanks a year.
With that said I will give you some tips on BBQing ribs, heck I am going to give you step by step on what I do.
I consider ribs the divas of the grilling meats. It needs alot of preperation and care but it will be well worth it. You can’t just throw the meat on the fire and expect them to be tender and juicey. There is about 4 hours to make these ribs awesome.
1st is the dry rub. I like a balace with a little kick to my rub. Here is my rib rub.
